Store Policy – Deli D Eventi
Welcome to Deli D Eventi! By placing an order or booking with us, you agree to the following store policies:
1. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. For rentals, a booking is only confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders.
2. Rentals & Product Use
All hired items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Any damages, losses, or late returns may incur additional charges. Please handle all décor, costumes, and event equipment with care.
3. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales and rentals are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the product or supplier. Deli D Eventi is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
5. Cancellations
Rental bookings canceled less than 48 hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund. For product orders, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been processed or shipped.
